Once dispatched via our trusted courier network, typical delivery times are as follows:
- Main Cities (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban): 1 – 3 business days.
- Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 – 7 business days.
3. Flexible Delivery Options
Depending on your location, we offer the following delivery methods:
- Local Delivery (Within our immediate area): We will personally deliver the e-bike to your doorstep and complete the full assembly on-site at your premises.
- National Courier (Outside our local area): For distant orders, your e-bike will be dispatched via courier.
Option A Self-Assembly: You complete the final assembly yourself. This option incurs a 15% handling/setup fee of the purchase price.
Option B Pre-Assembled: We fully assemble and tune the e-bike at our workshop before securely crating and shipping it to you 100% ready to ride.
4. Returns & Warranty
- 30-Day Return Policy: If you change your mind, you can return the e-bike within 30 days of receipt, hassle-free.
- 1-Year Warranty: Enjoy peace of mind with our comprehensive one-year warranty on your e-bike.
